Who We Are
KSHI is a non-governmental organization based in the Lake Victoria Basin, Kisumu, Kenya. We are committed to empowering communities through sustainable development programs and health initiatives. Our work focuses on education, project management, public health, and food security, with the goal of building healthier, more resilient, and self-reliant communities.

We believe lasting change begins with people.
We work alongside communities, local leaders, young people, women, and families to identify challenges, develop practical solutions, and create opportunities that improve lives.
Our approach is built on respect, inclusion, transparency, and accountability. We listen before we act, work with communities rather than simply for them, and strive to ensure that every initiative responds to genuine local needs.
From education and youth empowerment to holistic health, food security, community development, and project management, our goal is simple: to strengthen people and communities so they can build a better and more sustainable future.
Together, we create lasting change.
